Once data enters Swiss Post systems for dispatch, Swiss Post's own privacy information also applies. See Swiss Post data protection and disclaimer information.
Analytics (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used and to improve it, operated in Google's Consent Mode with analytics consent defaulted to "denied". Until you grant analytics consent in the privacy banner, no analytics cookies are set and no personal data is collected. If you decline, it stays that way. You can revoke consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
When enabled, Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data (such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device and browser information) on our behalf. The provider is Google; see Google's privacy policy.
Retention
We retain data only for as long as needed for service delivery, support, abuse prevention, dispute handling, and legal retention duties. Payment and accounting data may be retained longer where required by law.
Your rights
Subject to applicable Swiss data-protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction where applicable, and information about the main processing of your personal data.
Address autocomplete source
If you use address autocomplete, the text you type is sent to geo.admin.ch to return Swiss address suggestions. Source: Federal Office of Topography (swisstopo). You can always skip the lookup and enter the address manually.
